- Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to customers - Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries - Load and unload goods from the vehicle, ensuring proper handling and securing of items - Verify the contents of each delivery against shipping documents and obtain signatures from recipients - Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and address any concerns or issues - Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance, such as checking oil levels, tire pressure, and brakes - Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle ### Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role - Knowledge of warehouse operations, including loading and unloading procedures - Familiarity with tractor-trailers, refrigerated trailers, or other specialized delivery vehicles is a plus - Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and address inquiries or complaints - Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks associated with loading, unloading, and moving goods - Commercial driving experience is preferred but not required - Comfortable operating vehicles with manual transmissions - Forklift certification is a plus Note:
