The following are responsibilities and qualifications for this position:
Responsibilities Include Assemble mechanical subassemblies Assemble and wire electrical panels Ensure that work is performed in accordance with technical publications, drawings and company practices and procedures Read and follow process instructions as dictated by work order Follows all safety and quality standards Work with engineers to improve designs when applicable Cleans and maintains work area Follow all company's filed procedures and protocols.
Job Requirements No experience necessary but manufacturing environment experience preferred High school diploma required and certification through a trade or technical school preferred or combination of education and work experience Operate vehicle in a safely manner.
Possess math skills appropriate to the position, in addition to written verbal communication skills and the ability to follow written and/or verbal instructions.
Must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time Ability to read both electrical and mechanical schematics Comfortable with both hand and power tools Ability to lift between 40 to 50 pounds Bi-Lingual is a plus Must have basic computer skills Strict attention to detail Flexible and able to multi-task on several different aspects of a project or on multiple projects.
