Summary:
Provide administrative support in the monitoring of Sales Order reports for supply and demand of customer part inventory projections.
Create production work orders as needed to ensure inventory requirements.
Assist in preparing electronic documentation required for production work order packages.

Complete work order packages for the manufacturing floor.
Evaluate Sales Order report for work order requirements.
Determine priority of jobs to be processed according to deliver dates.
Create split work orders.
Revised released work orders for changes as needed.
Validate inventory levels.
Create work orders for production shortages.
Review customer purchase order requirements and prepare electronic folders for manufacturing documentation.
Conduct preliminary review of router sequence comments and B.

EDUCATION and/or
Experience:
High school diploma and one to three years directly related experience.
One to three years' experience in manufacturing, sheet metal fabrication preferred.
Proficiency with MRP/ERP systems is essential.
Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
CRITICAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Working knowledge of MS Office Suite to include MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Demonstrated organizational skills, strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
Ability to work with limited supervision.
